As a BSIA member, Paper Waste Confidential Business Services can guarantee that the whole shredding process remains confidential.
All our staff are DBS checked and are vetted in accordance with BS7858:2012 security checks. The data is transported in lockable containers and in accordance with BSIA regulations. The material is shredded to the correct particle size preventing fraudulent use. Customers who wish to see their confidential data being disposed of are most welcome to witness the secure shredding process.
All businesses must now comply with GDPR General Data Protection Regulations and that Data Controllers (you) must choose a Data Destruction Company with sufficient guarantees of security measures (us).
What We Offer

Secure Containers, Secure Confidential Bins, Locked Office Console Cabinets, Confidential Sacks. All provided free of charge.
All shredded documents and paper are 100% recycled and returned to the paper chain again locally, keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum.
Any size or weight collected. Our machines shred up to 2 tonnes per hour.
Certificate of Destruction issued for every collection.
Our Confidential Waste bins can be supplied in two sizes: 120 & 240 litres. Each bin is fitted with a locked lid and are fitted with a slot, and can be used to collect different types of confidential data requiring destruction. We can also destroy CD's, hard drives, pen drives and uniforms.
Heavy duty security shredding sacks are supplied with security ties and can be folded or stored away before use and are ideal for smaller offices. They are suitable for confidential data requiring destruction such as paper, CD’s and uniforms.
Capacity – up to 18 kgs.
Confidential locked console cabinet, more suited to an office environment. Available in standard and junior sizes.
Our mobile shredding truck that can shred up to 6 tonnes per visit, which can all be done at your site. Giving you total peace of mind that all of your documents are securely shredded before leaving your site.
We have a large number of domestic and household customers who like to use our services for the secure destruction of their household bills and bank documents etc. If it is a couple of sacks or a box or even a truckload no job is to big or too small.
You can also call into our premises anytime during our opening hours, and drop off any data and documents requiring destruction. You can view the destruction of your waste by appointment.
