Located in Sowerby woods Business Park the premises has a security system which includes key code entry, CCTV recording facilities, metal entry and exit doors and its alarm system is monitored by an external receiving centre.

In 2001 the company was awarded membership into the Information Destruction Sector of the BSIA (British Security Industry Association) and is the only Data destruction company based in Cumbria to hold this accreditation.

Our client base extends north as far as Dumfries, south to Lancaster and all throughout Cumbria.

June 2003 the company achieved BS EN ISO 9001:2008 registration further enhancing our reputation for providing customers with quality assured, professional service.

	They are independently inspected to a British Standard for the secure destruction of confidential material (BS 8470) as part of their ISO 9001:2000 inspection. The British Standard is based on a BSIA code of practice developed by the section. (Code of practice listed on BSIA website, www.bsia.co.uk).
	As a BSIA member, P&W Confidential Business Services can guarantee that the whole shredding process remains confidential.
	Our Staff are vetted in accordance with BS 7858.
	The data is transported in sealed sacks or lockable containers and in accordance with BSIA regulations.
	When it reaches us the material is shredded to the correct particle size preventing further use.
	Customers who wish to see their confidential data disposed of are most welcome to witness the secure shredding process by appointment.

We are fully registered with the Environmental Agency for transportation and storage of all products collected.
